Joe Fresh

I have been very careful during covid and I didn't like that one of the shop assistants was standing beside me while i tried on a jacket and then leaning in to lift the collar of a jacket for me. While i understand she was wanting to give her opinion about a clothing size, I didn't ask her for any advice and as it is covid they should leave it up to the customer to come to them instead of encroaching on the 2m distancing as they can't know who may be more at risk or immune compromised and this made me very nervous.

Joe fresh on lonsdale ave. My daughter had an appointment in the area so thought we would pop in for a quick browse. We were closely followed around the store by a female associate. It made us feel discriminated against and wrongly profiled. Really left us with a lasting bad feeling. Will never return to that store.

Went to Joe Fresh today to buy a jacket and walked out with much more thanks to Debbie and her great customer service. She was able to find some great sweaters and put together some outfits for me which I greatly appreciated. She was awesome!

Horrible customer service. Rude and super unpleasant. I would give them zero stars if it was an option. When walking into the store the employee asked if she could help us (in an obnoxious tone), we responded with that we are just browsing and she rudely replied with, “ well you have two minutes to browse because we are closing. We opened at 10:00am today”. The whole atmosphere that she created just made it not worth being in the store for the last two minutes. Will consider not shopping there again.
