Active Baby - North Vancouver

Absolutely love the team at Active Baby at all their locations! North van is my home location and their team is super knowledgeable about everything baby! I highly recommend using them as your one stop shop for all your baby essentials and baby gear ! They have an amazing baby registry program and they are certified Bugaboo resellers with a lot of knowledge!!! I bought my bugaboo stroller from them 6 years ago and with my new baby they helped me get it ready with new parts and new fabric so it looked brand new again! I love their customer service so much! Highly recommend! Ps, their owners are so kind and helpful! Support local!!

Great quality products, store is organized well but there is one woman that works there that could use some lesson in manners. She talks to customers like they ARE children. I can appreciate that its stressful working during covid times but there is no need to berate potential customers upon entry for not sanitizing immediately. Other than that, love this store

Unfortunately I believed the claim that said this store carries Canadian made products. I'm sitting outside now after spending 30 minutes inside looking for local products and there are none. Due to COVID I want to support local businesses but this store doesn't support them. One product line says designed in Vancouver, made in China, and the person working here told me most of the stuff would be like that. Then she turned away and busied herself at the counter even though there was no one else in the store. Customer service leaves much to be desired and claims are false. If you want to buy Canadian, shop somewhere else. Responding: She showed me a product made in Australia and told me another product was local but it was designed in Vancouver and made in China. After that, there was no help. She was doing other things. I specifically asked for ANY Canadian made products. I did not specify anything because I was going to decide after I knew what was locally made. Bad service and your descriptions of your inventory are not accurate.

My husband and I went into the North Vancouver store for the first time today, and we were amazed by the fantastic customer service. Emily and Karen were so kind and patient with our one million questions, and made us feel so comfortable and welcome! We are going to buy as much of our baby stuff from Active Baby as possible (especially to support our local North Shore businesses!).

Active Baby is my go-to baby store and carries a lot of my favourite local brands. Customer service at their North Van location is excellent (I can't comment on the other locations as I have only been to that one location). I have noticed that some of their prices are slightly below other competitors', which is a bonus!
