Good customer service. This is a family owned business. They are friendly and helpful.

Really like the unusual dresses and was ready to spend my money in here but I had my toddler with me who was strapped into her stroller eating an apple (to avoid a meltdown as she was hungry) - I was told in no uncertain terms that there was no eating in the shop (I understand that adults shouldn't eat in shops but as you all know - when a 2 year old NEEDS to eat its a necessity!) - she was strapped in and unable to touch anything - when I explained she was hungry and had to eat right then I was told to leave and come back when she was done. Needless to say I did not return and spent my money elsewhere where my child was welcome. Such a shame.

Overpriced products. The toddler Skechers shoes are double the price everywhere. This lady sold me a pair for $62 where everywhere else the price is $34. When I went back for return , she said no return . For exchange she refused again , because my son wore it once !! I had never seen such a customer service in vancouver.

Terrible customer service. The lady sold me a a pair of toddler shoe . We came out and after a few hours , we realized it is too small. She refused to return and told us my son had already wore it. There is no return in this store and she refused to exchange it with bigger size .

Lovely store with excellent quality clothing and cute stuffies. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly!
