Good location. Good selection. Pretty good website. When you call, however, the phone just keeps ringing until you are finally greeted with a squealing fax machine in your ear. Pick it up or have a four ring answering service.

Stood in-line for 30 min..Bought a pair of Mickey Mouse gloves for my sons costume.. came home and took them out of the bag.. one glove is missing and the other has a stain on it. I was also not given the receipt. Also grabbed a bunch of things for the real project out of a bin labeled .50.. when I checked out maybe 2 of the 15 things I got were actually .50

Pretty good, and huge selection! The downsides is that its very pricey, and there are other stores that you can buy the same things for much less. Also a bit understaffed. Other than that, its good.

Nice staff. They do whatever they can. But because nowadays nobody is partying, the store is basically empty. Balloons have particularly very low selection.

They have everything for any kind of occasion but sometimes it is hard to realy find some items they might be out of stock overall it is great
