Walmart is very different compared to a decade ago where you have staff that were truly nice and helpful. These days, you get staff that seems to avoid customers, security that acts like prison guards and baskets that are dirty. I even saw a worker who opened a bottle of lotion, poured some out, closed it and put it back on the shelf. His dry hands were more important, never mind the hygiene issue or that the customer would get a used product. You can definitely see the change in management and the result of those changes.

The worst customer service ever. I ordered Wrights Silver Polish Cream 8 0 OZ *Pack of 6* but received only *one*, which was diluted with water. This isn’t the first time this has happened with Walmart: their products go missing or are tampered with. Their system doesn't allow a return or refund after you pick-up the order. Their customer service is too lazy to call the head office and deal with issues. They just give you their number and let you deal with them yourself. When they tell you you’ll get your money back in 2 hours it’s a LIE! When they tell you you’ll get your money back within 24 hours it’s a LIE!! When thay tell you’ll get your money in 4 to 5 days it’s another big and fat LIE!! This is the third time I ended up without product nor money. This is unacceptable.

No mask enforcement Hand sanitizer dispenser empty Social distancing isn't happening Went in for motor oil, washer fluid and men under shirt tanks. They were out of stock on 2/3. We found the washer fluid. That's consistent with my previous visits to this Walmart.
