I had a complaint and manager Moe fix my order asap. Him and manager on saturday were great. My food was hot, tasty, made quickly. Thank you KFC college heights. Great food & great service.

Worst take out I have ever had. Ordered two of the chicken sandwiches...both were cold. My guess is they were pre-made and they tried to warm them in a microwave not only were they cold they did not taste good at all. Two bites and tossed them both. The gravy was no different actually tasted the way diesel fuel smells...don’t eat here.

The College Heights location is just the shots they can never get the order right. They need to pay for some good smart workers. The ones they have now are not very bright . It's a good thing no one's life depends on them getting an order right. Just another disappointing visit. I will not be going back.
