By far the best plumbing and heating pros in Prince George. From the people answering the phones to the service people, they're kind and courteous, understanding and thoughtful. There is truly no comparison in this field in this city

The technician was rude. I decided to go with a different company for my new furnace installation. Over priced and terrible customer service. The manager was also rude when I called and voiced my concerns. If you want honest and reliable service go with a different company. I got a new furnace for 1800.00 less than what they quoted me. They also seem to think that I am unhappy about having to replace my furnace. This is not the case as I obviously went with a better and more reputable local company and now have a brand new furnace. The awful customer service and unprofessionalism from this company is astounding. Save some cash and the headache of their antics and go with a different company.

I have dealt with this company twice and both times they were EXTREAMLY knowledgeable and helpful! Anyone in PG who needs servicing should use this company! Best service in town!

Absolutely horrible customer service and people skills. My wife called them as our new furnace of two years was having issues cycling this winter. The man who answered the phone basically talked down to her because we had in his words "Mickey Moused" our furnace together and essentially laughed at her when we were trying to bring them business based on heir so called "reputation". If by mickey moused together you mean had another company with the same certification as yours do our original install then that's just a very unprofessional jab at your competition. Turned out to be a quick repair and we paid to have the original company do it when they became available. If I could give 0 stars I would, also to the tall guy who dresses like he's on a SWAT team, you look ridiculous.
