Excellent campground!! Site 12 was so quiet and private. We really appreciated that they put bark mulch down for extra comfort under the tent. All the other sites were also nicely spaced out. We loved that they had showers, bathrooms with running water and an area to do dishes. The views from a short walk down the road were stunning and there a few hiking trails close by. We will definitely be back Plus the firewood was a good price-1 Rubbermaid full for $10

The Lost Moose is a great campground tucked away in the wilderness! It is quiet and has amazing views! The sunsets were unreal! The sites are spaced out nicely and the restrooms and shower house were clean. If going with friends I suggest #5 and #9 as they back onto one another so you have a great space to set up and enjoy. The fire pits are extra large and also have a pan attached so you can crack the farm fresh eggs on them! Thank you for having us!

Booked online and secured spot for same evening, can see pic of spots before booking. All spots are private and believe most will fit two tents and plenty of space for vehicle. Large fire pits, clean toilets, hot showers and has wash station. Friendly owners, they pop around to campsites in the evening to collect payment (etransfer, cash, cc) and offer wood for a fee (reasonable). Hikes/walking trails a minute away.

A fabulous camping place overlooking above the hills of Okanagan. There is a little trail a few meters away where you absolutely see the gorgeous valley. The camping spots are each separated by trees and small foliage. The public washrooms, showers and sinks are all modern with plenty of soap dispensers available. We stayed here for 4 nights from September 10 to 13. On the night of September 12 the Oregon fires produced enough smoke to engulf the entire Okanagan Valley. Thankfully the smoke is heavier than air so most of it never reached the campsite on account of higher elevation here. Firepit, picnic bench are available. The site where you put up the tent on has lots of woodchips so it's soft. One downside: we camped right next to the washrooms so the flood lights were constantly on during the night. However, I loved the place regardless, so 5/5 stars.

The best private Campground I've stayed at yet. Hot Showers(3min or so) Running water toilets and wash sinks, along with being away from the city of Penticton on top of a mountain make this an Ideal site to Camp or RV or make use of one of 3 Cabins on their Air B & B site. Wood for fires is provided nightly at a charge of 10 bucks and it a decent load size for a fire. All the sites are being checked by Shauna and her Husband, (a carpenter by trade). I heard they have plans to improve the men's washroom and they have one heck of a view on the mountainside.
