Agree 100% with other reviews of how impossible it is to get through to a person or even just a voice mail. I was on hold for 17 minutes and line “disconnected”. It was my fourth attempt in a span of 45 minutes. I tried reception as well as different extension numbers with no luck. What a complete waste of time. I just wanted to let them know out of courtesy that I could not make my appointment because my mother was rushed to emergency and I am her primary caregiver. I have learned my lesson and won’t be making that mistake again.

Radiology department closed for a long while..do not have access to our records...nobody knows when they will reopen....not professional at all...!

Reception is so incompetent. It is impossible to get through to anyone. I've been hung up on 3 times after being on hold for over 10 mins. At least send to a voicemail or don't give the option to call reception. Disgraceful. 1 star is too much.

Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. making an appointment with them is mission impossible: no one would even pick up the phone and even after waiting 10 minutes on hold, they hung up on me!! I ended up going to another clinic. What a waste of time!!

When for xray The staff made a mistake and cancelled my appointment I was disappointed. However the doctor was able to put me on to see the doctor to do my present appointment . Clean space Staff is very friendly and they speak English and French. There is elevator wheels chairs ramp . The wait is not long like many years back
