My central heating system was electrical problem and one of there service people come and 1hours read that service manuals finaly he did not solve my problem. I told it to there office but they Don't care they charge me almost $80 ( i told your service people just go and read manual nothing to do.) I am totaly disapointed. I never see like this type of service. I am really so sad.

Hi Richard Wolfe. ( one of our reviewers) we are sorry that you had a bad experience with us. I do remember the conversation and repair process. Sometimes it is hard to determine where a leak is coming from which requires multiple visits to find a leak or confirm a leak has been repaired. This was the case in your circumstance. After the original repair, we made two visits to confirm that the leak was repaired at 1/2 hour charge each which equalled the one hour charge. I did cut that 1 hour to 1/2 hour to maintain a relationship. Once again, we are sorry that you were unsatisfied with our thoroughness. Sincerely, Rob Bergman, Owner, Boundary Plumbing and Heating

We had Boundary Plumbing come to our home to check on a slow leak from our water heater. They repaired the leak and we also had them replace some faucet cartridges that were leaking in our tub. We were very pleased, but then found there was still a slow leak from the same spot in the hot water tank. We called to tell them, and they sent down the same plumber who looked at it and thought it was because he removed the fitting too soon, and so some water came out and was likely only stuck in the insulation, and he said it would probably dry out soon. We were happy with that and kept an eye on it. After the next weekend, we got a call from them asking if it was still leaking. We told them yes, so they said they would come down and check it out. We were impressed that they cared enough to call and check on how it was doing. The same plumber came by again and cut off a plastic guard type of piece where the water was coming from and said it should dry out now. We were fine with that, so he left. We soon got the bill and paid it right away. Several days later, we received another $85 bill, for the 10 minute visit to cut off the plastic cover. We felt this was very unfair, given they called us to "check up" on the situation, and it still seemed to be leaking, yet they still charged us. At that point we were not certain they had fixed the problem (because it still seemed to be leaking). We called them to ask them if we really had to pay for this visit, and they assured us we certain did, even though they called us, because we agreed that they could come down. After a lengthy conversation, I was told I needed to pay the bill, I then told them that I would pay it, but I was very disappointed with this entire situation. At that point he decided he could change the bill to half as much. I personally felt there should not have been any additional charges for visits to check on what appeared to be an unfixed leak, but perhaps that is standard company practice. Regardless, my wife and I were not impressed. They did the job, but the service was certainly lacking.
