This is a personal review and does not convey my employers views of this establishment. The building itself is very nice, good friendly staff. Tony is very accomodating! The planes need some repair, especially the heaters in the winter. Pilots for the most part are friendly and easy to talk to. I've only had one bad flight out of the 5 years I've been flying with them, which is phenominal for charters flying to the North. If it weren't for the planes being inconsistent when it comes to cabin temperature and consistent repair, this establishment would get a 5 star review.
