I couldn’t be happier and have the million dollar smile to prove it. Dr Sen and his team are courteous, professional and personable. Dr Sen takes his time to show you and explain everything to you. I had a chip on my shoulder and tooth that my old dentist wouldn’t fix. Dr Sen not only noticed it, but fixed it in two seconds. The office and appointment system is modern with texting and email which is good if your busy.

I had a excruciating tooth ache starting on a Saturday evening. By Sunday afternoon I was really suffering. I called and left a message and Dr Sen returned my call and said he could see me that evening if I felt I needed to. I was not even his client. I was so relieved as I was in such terrible pain. I could not afford to do a root canal and as it was a very back tooth I decided to have it pulled. I felt very apprehensive as I'm a "nervous dentist person." I asked how long it would take and he said about 1 minute as I am good at this. And he was not kidding! He is very good at it and it took no more than a minute! He took his time in explaining all my aftercare even though his family was waiting in the vehicle for him as they had been out on an outing. My mouth is healing well as he said it would if I followed all aftercare instructions. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Sen for his care and professionalism. I am now a client of Dr. Sens. Dr Shieh did an amazing job - he and his staff are very accommodating and supportive in helping manage my anxiety in regard to the procedure. Not only that, but they did an extraction and two fillings in less time than a filling usually takes - very impressed. They also provided excellent post operative information which is supporting a very quick recovery. Andrea and Tamara are also excellent, and make you feel like part of the family.

I strongly recommend Dr. Sens services. I recently saw Dr. Sen as a new patient who required a lot of extensive oral care. Not having many good Dental experiences in the past and feeling very anxious, Dr. Sens. Very easily made me feel comfortable and confident in him and his expertise. I had 12 teeth pulled with very little pain, bleeding or swelling. He did an amazing job at easing my anxieties, making me feel comfortable and allowing me to instill all my trust in him. I look forward to working together with Dr. Sen in the future for all my oral care and dental needs. The whole environment at the clinic is very friendly, professional and welcoming. Andrea, the receptionist is a great help and support. It has been so difficult for me to face my fears and anxieties around dentists and my oral care. Finding Dr. Sen has renewed my confidence and I will be seeing him as a future patient ongoing. It’s not easy to find someone as thorough and dedicated as he is so I’m forever grateful I found him. 10/5 stars for me!
