No tellers, so you can't do over-the-counter transactions like deposits or withdraws that won't go through the ATM. Offices with lovely CIBC people who can assist you with admin, and using the ATM if you need it.

I set up an appointment at the branch thinking that I would get a better insight on a specific product from a specialist. The agent I spoke to (Josie) while friendly and nice, was unfortunately not knowledgeable. She thought there were annual fees on TFSA accounts that have a balance less than 25000. She had to call to realize that there are no fees even though it is already mentioned on the website. you would expect a financial advisor in the bank would already know that. On top of that we spent 45 minutes to set up the account to eventually apologize and say that I am not eligible. Again I would expect a professional to make sure all conditions are met before wasting customers' time. The agent was friendly and nice, however, we don't go to the bank to collect smiles. we go there to get financial advise and purchase services.

Not a real branch, they want you to use there stupid "smart" machines which aren't helpful.
