The secretaries are indeed very uncourteous. In addition, the waiting time was always excessive to meet with Dr. Thibault, often more than 1h30. I changed clinics.

My doctor is fantastic. Dr. Thibault always takes the time with me. I have nothing to say on this side. But, really, some of the secretaries are so rude. They are the entry point for the clinic, their role is very important. Little reminder to change jobs if you don't like working with the public. Thank you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thibault for over 20 years. Doctor Thibault is exceptional. I had several health problems, including a major one. She was always attentive and put in place a series of interventions that helped me get through. It is certain that we sometimes wait a long time, but it is pcq it takes the time it takes for its patients. In addition, she can call us on weekends for follow-up because she comes home to work on Sunday morning to do follow-ups. My daughter saw my doctor urgently at the clinic. Doctor Thibault followed up for several weeks (kidney stones) to ensure that the problem was cured. I think you have to say the right things, and as a patient at the clinic, I have always had good service with the secretaries.

Secretaries in office, but what a lack of professionalism !! Lack of discretion, empathy. They filter cases by asking indiscreet questions of a nonchalance that borders on insolence. In the health field, this is unacceptable. No more to go through that, that's it.

Bad service with the secretary. She was enormously arrogant on the phone and she was really not trying to help me with my problem. By cons, very good service with Dr. M. Nguyen.
