Ronald is probably one of the most knowledgeable and specialized persons I have ever met hands down. When it comes to water (amongst many many other things) , there is not much he doesn't know ; including the environmental laws and the politics of clean water etc.. truly a rare person the human race needs more of !! then on top of it him and Colombe happen to be extremely sweet and always there for us when we have questions. I would give them more stars if I could, if you have to wait longer for them to do the job, wait!

Excellent service! They came in to take over a botched up job by another company. The extra expense was well worth it! They did the job right the first time around.

We get up in the morning and no more water in our pipes. The Puits du Nord team traveled the same day to resolve the problem. They do the job quickly, courteously and efficiently. They care about cleanliness and explain what they are doing. Our well pump is working again. A big thank you !
