I called to get a price and the gave me the price, then they said plus transport. Transport for what I asked? They want to charge me the time it takes to get to my house to do the job! Has the world gone crazy? How else are you going to do a plumbing job, unless you come to my house? I can't charge my boss for the hours that I sit in traffic on my way to work everyday!

They came as planned and did a good job, but they charged extra time because the plumber went twice to Rona to find the right part to change (he could have brought the part with him the first time!). (it was a cartouche de rechange, not such a huge piece that there is no room in the truck)

Very unprofessional, Bourbonnais plumbers did plumbing on my house when we build new house I Pierrefonds 2007 , I have multiple problems with their work, call them to come correct, they did everything both correct problem. We have problem with venting drains, supply cold and hot on first floor, technically wrong and defective installation of shower base, unprofessional and unproductive approach to execution of work. Unfortunately we were to late when we consider legal action. If you have problem with them don’t wait call RBQ and file complaint and make case in small claim court before time to do so expired

This company didn't even give me the chance to evaluate their service, first time I wanted to used their services, I called them on a Friday and was told that they were taking only emergency calls, to please call back on Monday, which I did, I requested a plumber to come and check the shower and the person that took my call confirmed that someone would be passing by on Wednesday, so Wednesday came and went and no one showed up, no one called, I guess they are very busy and making lots of money and can neglect appointments given. I won't call them ever again.
