We got most of our bathroom. A small corner counter top was never delivered and after numerous calls and emails we just gave up. Customer satisfaction does not seem very important to these people. They never even bothered to return our emails. We have been waiting for 18 months now. Of course we built an alternative solution. We will not be going back to this establishment.

Very poor after sales service. I called in June to order a replacement part, after checking with the manufacturer for availability. When I call a month later, I am told that the part is out of stock. It should be available at the end of August. I try several times to join them, without success, despite the many messages left, no return calls. When I finally manage to speak to a representative, I am told to start the process again, since there is no record of my order, and that I should have called them back before! I have ordered replacement parts from this company before and the service has always been average. This is because I had bought all of my plumbing equipment from them a few years ago (3 bathrooms). But this time, it's the drop that broke the camel's back. We are trying to shift the responsibility onto my shoulders or even onto the covid or the manufacturer, while this seems to me to be a flagrant lack of internal organization. I will never donate business with this company again or recommend it to anyone for the reasons listed above.
