I come from Quebec to have an appointment. Have told me the last time to show up at 6 am but by chance the doors open at 7 am supposedly! At -15 outside door opens at 7:25 am ... Congratulations on this total lack of professionalism! You really have to be heartless to leave people cold outside in the freezing cold without forgetting the children who are waiting with their parents!

We have been attending this clinic for almost 2 years and I only have good words. The availability of emergency appointments or the availability of my family doctor secure me enormously. We do not feel like a number, the staff is welcoming and empathetic. Rare in the midst of health nowadays. I feel privileged.

Physicians, nurses and competent receptionists. On the other hand, Secretary Josée is stupid as her feet and unpleasant.
