November 2017. I sent 2 messages using the contact form on the merchant's website and a message on the phone for the replacement of a gas water heater. Call back in April 2018 in my voice mail indicating that if I still needed their service, call them back. I don't know about plumbing because I took someone else, but when it comes to communication, there's work to be done where they have no regard for the customer.
