If you want great customer service, clean and affordable storage, you definitely need to come to public storage in the west island. My husband and I were served by the manager Nicholas last week and he offered to give us a tour of the location and gave us all the information we needed. Thank you so much! 5 stars! Nancy

professional, affordable, and most importantly, kind. They made the whole experience stress free. They are super helpful, and will work with you to decide what kind of unit is best for you. Very clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend.

Our first experience was excellent. Everything is easy, secure, very secure, straightforward and predictable. The personnel couldn't be nicer and helpful. You feel like Despina is welcoming you in her home! With promotions often available, ease of access, adequate lighting and cleanliness, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for short term or long term storage. Wouldn't hesitate to use again should the potential need arise.

I am more than happy to announce the pleasure of meeting Christine and Ron who were amazing in my time of need. They are not only professionals doing their job but they are very caring and compassionate individuals who have gone out of their duties to make sure that I am ok. Moving is already very stressful, not to mention at this time of distress. But when you are supported by people who are caring it makes your life easier and they sure were able to made me feel that way. My husband and I were looking for a convenient location in West Island and this one is definitely the best! They have every choice you need for your storage needs and sometimes they offer promotions with great discounts. Ron and Despina, are incredibly polite and friendly and they are looking to help the customer pick whats best for them. Very satisfied!
