Absolutely unequaled service with smiling advisers. I had broken a part of my air exchanger and ordered a replacement part from Plumbing Phcb. While going to get it, the clerk and I realized that it was not the right room. The clerk then spent over 15 minutes on the phone with the manufacturer to make sure the replacement part was the right one this time, and offered to mail it to me not to I have to move. All that with smile, patience and good humor from the employees. Really, really great service.
