Podollan Inn & Spa

I was disappointed in our stay here. I was excited to book rooms on sale. I thought this was a "fancy" hotel. The room was small and very bare. There was only a small desk chair with the desk, no lounge chair. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy and horrible. The heat/cool was hard to get adjusted to your liking. The bathroom lighting was dim. I expected much more from a hotel with this reputation. If I would have paid full price I would be livid.

Loved this place. The things I base my review on....cleanliness, good value, friendly staff, breakfast (if provided) and comfortable beds and pillows. This place had all five. Would definite stay here again. The hot, complimentary breakfast was awesome. Served by the chef, who also made made-to-order omelets for guests.

The service is always great - mindful Covid-19 guidelines were in place. The hotel is clean and staff is terrific. The spa has always shown me that they know that the experience is just as important as the spa treatments. Katie and Cindy took great care of me and the front desk staff was also helpful.

Excellent hotel. Price was terrific, rooms were well appointed and the food in their restaurant was amazing. The hotel and restaurant staff made you feel like they have known you forever. Home made omelettes for breakfast were the best. Great job.

You wont want for much here they take GREAT care of you. Beauty rooms I loved it here. Only thing I would ask for is a menu for the restaurant in the room and maybe some better lighting in areas. It's a small complaint I know but I get mean hunger haha. Thanks Podollan!
