Ribbon Lake Backcountry Campground

Beautiful place to be. Hard to get to

Bear bins, bathrooms and a nice campground beautiful place to stay

Nicely kept back country campground with tent sites that can be reserved online. There are basic facilities like bear lockers for food, outhouses, and group firepits/picnic tables. The hike is about 12km with 900m of elevation gain on the way in and has a rock face and ledge with chains to pull/scramble up....definitely not easy with 30 lbs of camping gear on your back...but well worth the effort!

Never stayed but we hiked up and had a fire. Great common area and beautiful views of the mountains around, with the lake calmly sitting close by.
