Very friendly, helpful reception staff. Accommodated our wheelchair, with patience, cheerfulness and no loss of dignity. Dr. Laura Chisholm was very, very thorough, patient and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and though it was my Husband’s appointment, I will be going there for one of my own!!

I have been going to this clinic for nearly 20 years and have seen every doctor at this location. All are amazing and very thorough with my exams. I am always satisfied with my prescription and they have no problem making any corrections in it if needed. They are also very attentive with my Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis that has affected my eyes. I have since moved to a new city and have absolutely no problem making the commute just to be in the care of these doctors. However the new front end staff are not friendly at all, not helpful and very unprofessional. They seem to be very inconvenienced with any visits or phone calls regarding glasses, contact or appointments. I've heard multiple complaints from close friends who've all had similar experiences. It saddens me to say, all the complaints are from residents of the neighboring Indian Reservations.

The appointment was normal, not very friendly staff though. Unfortunately, they didn't give me my prescription at my appointment. Didn't realize it until I went to order new glasses a few months later, so I called them. Clarified the prescription 3x to make sure I wrote it right. Then I ordered glasses online. Fast forward to picking them up and they were horribly wrong! My left eye was completely off and I got an instant headache. I thought it was a one-off since it had been a while since I had seen them, but talking to someone else who was there not too long after I went, they also had one eye be completely off. What a waste of time and money. Go to Costco or Walmart. They always get it right.
