Victoria Harbour Airport

Our float plane couldn't lift off due to poor visibility, so Harbour Air staff arranged a shuttle bus to get us to the charter flight hanger at the Victoria Airport. We were then flown across to Richmond, and shuttled to the airport in time to catch our connecting flight to Hawaii. The service was exceptional and the experience was stress free. All this for no additional charge. Thank you Harbour Air, you went above and beyond!

They declined my Service Dog and demanded proof that he was a service dog, regardless of the fact my dog was in his vest, or the fact that the police said I didn't need to show any further proof in accordance with the law.

Wonderful customer service between Victoria and Vancouver. Breanna in Victoria helped make a last minute, scattered travel day into the smoothest trip between the two cities. Thankful for the professional and accommodating service! (Also, the pilots did a great job too with a smooth flight!)

Good experience to fly over the Harbour

Nice experience! I arrived at Vancouver in 30mins from Victoria! Actually around 10mins except taking off and landing time. It was Awesome!
