Richmond Road Medical Clinic

This is by far the best experience I've ever had at a walk-in clinic. The amount that both the receptionist and the doctor (specifically Dr. Behroozi) cared about my well being was beyond my expectations. After I was dismissed by another doctor over the phone for a possible fracture I decided to go somewhere else. I phoned Richmond road medical and got a call back the next morning saying I could come to a face to face appointment within the next hour or two. The receptionist made me feel very comfortable and at home. The doctor was also very nice, and made sure I was treated urgently even though there was only the possibility of a serious injury. I was able to get an x-ray as well as a CT scan right away because of Dr. Behroozi, avoiding days of waiting. I will absolutely be back here whenever I need a doctor. I've never felt more valid and cared for in a clinic.

Took our baby here while we were visiting Victoria. We were happily surprised by the kindness and medical care of all of the staff at this clinic. From the receptionist to the doctor, they made us feel welcomed and well looked after. Not to mention, that we were in and out quickly. Thank you!

Best experience I’ve had in a doctors office in a long time. Receptionist and doctor were both extremely friendly and took my concerns seriously ! Will only be returning here in the future. Plus parking wasn’t a nightmare which is always nice in Victoria
