The front staff is so rude. They won't even answer your phone call and if they answer they put you on hold for 10 mins. When I ask for appointment they are so busy and told me to go to emergency. When I ask them how many time they have been to emergency she got mad at me and hung up on me.

I have been to almost all doctors at this clinic Dr. Mann and Dr. Malhi are awesome and very friendly but both dr. Mapreet Gill and dr. Jasdeep gill are super rude, they dont know how to talk to patients Be ready for upto half hr. On hold before talking to receptionist

MOAs staffing the front desk are wholly unprofessional and quite frankly, incompetent. If you can get through to one of them, they are rude and curt. On one occasion, they have blamed pharmacy staff for losing the prescription, when it turned out, the doctor had not yet written the prescription and thus the front staff had not yet faxed it out to the pharmacy. How disgraceful to throw another profession under the bus for their own failures. In another instance, they said an appointment was booked, only for me to show up with no appointment scheduled that day. They insist they are giving you the first appointment of the day, yet somehow, you still end up waiting for 45-60mins while they tell you that another patient is "allowed" to go in first. Are you letting friends and family through before scheduled patients? Or are you just terrible at scheduling and time management and are booking 3 patients for 1 time slot?? It's all quite ridiculous and would be comical, if it were not someone's health on the line.

Dont go to Dr manreet gill .she dont know which medicine to prescribe even after seeing medical lab reports.also very poor manners ( to speak with patients )

Useless to call them. They will put you on hold until you give up or your battery dies.
