Friendly staff great doctor very friendly I would recommend this office to anyone

I've always got decent service here. Most of the doctors are friendly enough and try to get you in and out but you can tell some of them definitely don't want to be there. Some of the people on here need to cut the front desk some slack. It's a difficult environment. The reality is these days is that there is to many patients and not enough doctors to go around. It's compounded even more at this clinic due to the good location. Even if you get there 30 min before they open there will be a dozen people already waiting outside. If you get there after its already open then will be definitely in for a wait. Book an appointment a few days before if you can. If you can't then expect to be sitting for a while with some cranky sick people being handled by an overworked staff trying get people through like cattle.

My daughter saw a wonderful doctor at this clinic today. Dr. Banny Sohal was easy to discuss matters with, did not rush her at all, and was very personable. We even asked if he was taking on new patients! That is how much we liked him. Our experience at this clinic, and certainly with this doctor, was very favourable.

I have been a patient at this clinic for years, before the new staff and doctor. The new staff that is hired are absolutely negligent in calling patients back to do follow ups with the doctor. Last time I had a CT scan ( I am a breast cancer survivor ) they didn't even call me to tell me that my results are in...I called a week and a half later asking if they were in and yup they were! So I went in to collect the copy of the results! turned out that I found out on my own that I needed not one but 3 biopsies to rule out breast cancer mets. Luckily they were benign. I am now waiting for bone scan results, and I have had to call almost every day for the past week because I don't trust that they will call me to go over the results with the doctor. I called at 9 am when they opened..busy signal..called at 930 am..busy signal...called at 10 am and finally got through...when I told the receptionist that its been busy every time I called, she didn't apologize or anything, she said exactly this" I know, I am busy person and cant attend to everyone." I absolutely dislike going to this office strictly because of the front end staff.. we are all there for a medical reason...the front line should be warm and compassionate people, not cold and people who come off like they couldn't be bothered to be there. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

I had a visit today in Walmart Abbotsford clinic for 4:20 pm appointment set online. I was there at 4:15 pm. The wait time is tremendous even though I booked slot 4:20 to 4:30 pm. I was supposed to close my shop back at 5:00 pm and late in closing my shop due to doctor meeting after 5: 20 p.m. No courtesy by front staff to inform for wait times to patients. The clinic close at 5:00 pm and they had patients in clinic after 5:00.
