Not a bad selection available most times, but should listen to the customers more, in what they want, because that's a guarantee of more sales, keep the customers happy, and you will always have repeat customers😉

Great prices and good variety

I wanted to showcase one of your employees named Rachel at the Mt Lehman location. I do not know anything really about wine as I'm not a huge drinker, but wanted to find a wine to go with my dinner party that night. So going in to the store I was a little apprehensive. Rachel greeted me the moment I walked in, and asked if I needed help. I declined and began to meander around the store. I clearly looked pretty lost and overwhelmed by the vast selection, and again after a couple minutes she approached me asking if I was finding everything okay. I explained to her my plight, and she was so understanding and so helpful in helping pick the perfect wine to pair with my dinner party that evening. Rachel was so helpful, and so knowledgeable about the different wines you had in store, and we chose a fantastic BC wine that all the guests loved. I will certainly be returning, and maybe this is the beginnings of a wine lover. Thank you so much to Rachel and her amazing service. I will certianly be returning because of this employee. Give her a raise, give her all the tips! She has certainly earned them. Hopefully this gets passed on to this employee so she knows she's doing a great job, and doing us the customers a great service. Thank you for your service!

Usually cheaper sales than bc liquor stores. Great selection, very large cold drink section.
