This is our go-to pizza place. The pizzas are always done quickly and accurately using fresh ingredients. The staff is always super friendly.
My last two orders were incorrect. First a regular amount of cheese ended up being two or three flakes.
Then today my order arrived with half with only sauce on it. They said their online ordering requires you to always order both halves separately. But why?
Why such a complicated system. They were also unwilling to fix the issue. I will not be ordering from Panago again.
Over the top customer service! Had a nice gent deliver my order but had forgotten something and immediately gave me a call saying he was already getting it all sorted out and will take only a few short minutes. Loved how quick he was to fix the small error and overall fantastic pizza and side dishes!!
still dont accept cash. I had no idea. Placed an online order and was surprised when I came to pick it up. Staff were great but unable to do anything for me..7 months into the covid pandemic, you can accept cash. Ridiculous.
My favorite pizza. Very healthy ingredients, and they take in to consideration allergies and preferences. Very good customer care . Thank you :)
