Gateway Pizza & Curry House

Very bad customer service, the lady who answered the phone can't even understand English. I am Vegetarian and I ordered Super Veggie Pizza. I had to repeat my order more than twice and at the end I even spelled out the spelling of the "Super Veggie" Pizza to make sure that she gets my order right. I picked up my order, came back to my car, my wife opened the box and found that it was a chicken pizza. I went back and complained that they have given me chicken pizza instead of super veggie pizza. Their answer was I never ordered Super veggie pizza. Are you serious?? I struggle to comprehend that you guys can run business with such bad customer service. I strongly recommend to other customers that there are many great indian food outlets in Abbotsford, please go to them rather than going at Gateway. Not even capable of 1 star

The last time i came here , my experience was really bad but this time a sikh girl is really nice. She is good at customer service. Appreciate it.

We always get Kadhai paneer from them 👍🏻 Their butter naan(s) are best (very thin+soft). All staff working their is very nice. Good music playing all the time.

tasty food but bad customer management, big lineup outside to pick up order. should give order pick up numbers and whenever order is ready that number should be flashing outside the store.

The lady who picked the call was too rude. When I told her my order, she was like we are way too busy so you have to say the order correctly as we dont have time to listen again. She was very angry and frustrated for no reason. Moreover, when I went to pickup my order, the old lady didnt even greet me. Her way of talking to me was pathetic and too rude. I would never visit again.
