This is by far the best location and I've been to almost all of them !!!! Gurman is definitely the one to thank for this review !! She probably has the best customer service that I have ever experienced as a patron at any business. I think she should be running this place!

👎👎👎 Waited ten minutes with out being acknowledged, typically your staff always greet the customer entering. Other people enter after me and the girl started serving the first face she saw!!! I was next, as I mentioned to that customer who was very understanding. Server said nothing!! Simple floor awareness is a foremest rule of retail know who came in and knowledge etc. Ruined my afternoon and someone I was hoping to treat ( and really needs a treat) I may have spoke in an untoward tone to the girl for which I apologise, "Sorry" Maybe it's training maybe it's complacency either way not the experience we have become accustomed to. Hope this feedback is used!!! Non returning disgruntled customer.

So I’ve noticed a common, kinda crooked practice. Here in Abbotsford, at the two different stores I’ve been to a number of times. They like to short you on the amount you get. Often leaving it at least 1/2-3/4 inches from the top. Then they’ll put the lid on, swirl it around a bit, so the drink hits the top of the lid, making it look full when lid is on. Watch carefully next time! They swirl the cup every single time I’ve had one!! And what’s the point of swirling the cup, other than to get drink to touch the lid? I mean, they’re pouring it directly from blender! What’s the little swirl gonna do for it?? Huge gimmick to short you on your drink?
