Recently used Concept for two small repairs at our rental property. Response time was fast and the plumber (Lorne was his name I recall)couldn’t have been friendlier. Job was completed quickly and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend Concept!

Best plumbing and gas company in Greater Vancouver / Fraser Valley. Very quick service, hands-on ownership, and courteous professional technicians. They also are heavily involved in local charities and give back to the community. Highly recommended!

Concept Plumbing is an awesome Plumbing company! We hired them to work on our new kitchen, everything was done very professionally and in timely manner. Their employee, Lorne is a very professional, extremely knowledgeable and organized plumber. He is a diligent, hardworking and very detail oriented! On a different note, Concept Plumbing is an ethical company to deal with, They do quality work with reasonable rates. They rock! I highly recommend them.

First time hiring a plumber and decided on Concept based on reviews and website info. The whole process went smoothly--from initial contact by phone, to the plumber coming to my place and then the billing process. Best of all, they fixed my broken toilet within 24 hours at a reasonable rate. Based on my experience I would recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

We were in a bind and needed a short length of 3" diameter copper pipe as there was a leak in our mainline into our office. I was able to purchase the 3' fittings from the wholesaler however I couldn't get the short length of pipe, and I didn't want to deal with a 12' length. These folks went out of their way to cut me a 2' piece and make it available for afterhours pickup. They took my word for the billing which was convenient. Awesome service and good people. Thank you.
