Stattonrock Design + Build built our home 2 years ago and it is a decision that I am pleased to say was one of the best choices I could have made! The design is perfect in everyway and the layout was designed for a comfortable living space with unique features sure as beautiful lighting, heated tiles in the bathroom and my favorite- a soaker tub built for soaking away the days worries! Hiring Stattonrock to build my custom home 2 years ago was unfortunately the worst decision of my life. Dan is a very friendly guy, and a gifted salesman, telling me everything I wanted to hear. The building process itself had many challenges around budget, inappropriate expenses, poor book-keeping, and massive cost overruns, especially in regards to in house labour. But the worst part has been the never-ending repair process since moving in, as issue after issue has arisen. Dan speaks of customer service, but provides the opposite of it. I have experienced endless delays and excuses, repeated visits, workers coming unprepared, and incomplete work. At no time has Dan contacted me to follow up and ensure I am satisfied. There seems to be no end in sight, as new problems keep appearing. As a result, my dream home has instead become my nightmare.

Great team, very transparent and the communication for the process was constant and efficient. Very friendly and was a joy to work with them to fulfil our wants and needs definitely recommend!
