Staff was very nice and tried its best to help me find what I was looking for. Since they did not find it, they gave me options to replace it. As always, they kept on impressing me with their knowledge of wines and spirits.

Went on a Sunday, staff really not aware of what customer service should be. Employee really rude while I was talking to her co-worker cuts my conversion, not hello or excuse me and being blatantly rude. Went I went to pay, seemed I was disturbing the gossip between the 2 cashier that were talking and not even where we could pay. She told me to change lines even though they were both there.

The staff know their stuff. Always friendly and helpful. They come across as loving their job, goes a long way toward enabling a pleasant interaction with anyone of them.
