I called once because I needed a refill on my medication and the receptionist was extremely rude when she explained to me that I am to call two weeks before my medication runs out. I guess it's an unwritten rule that wasn't told to me in the first place. The doctors need to pay closer attention to their front desk staffs attitude towards patients. It's a real shame because one of the doctors there is SO CARING AND NICE.

I just called the Clinic to ask a couple questions if this was a walk in clinic or if the Doctor was accepting new patients. The lady who had answered the question was very short and rude. I think you should have a bit of compassion if you are working in this type of field.

I have been going to see my family doctor at this clinic since a few years and every time I have gone it has been a pleasant experience. The office staff and doctors are all very professional and listen to you very intently without trying to rush you off. I am so grateful to have found my family doctor when I did because she is absolutely amazing and very knowledgable. They recently went through renovations and even then they did their best to make sure all patients coming through were comfortable during their visit. The newly renovated clinic is very fresh and chic, so even when you aren't feeling so great the environment cheers you up!

Our new family doctor is here. She is amazing. They used to have two sides, one family practice, and one walk-in. They have since renovated and now only offer the family practice as of Jan 2019.

The front desk staff at this location have no bedside manner. One of them asked "Do you not know whats going on with your body?" HOW RUDE. This is the first experience you have with the clinic. Your staff should be patient, kind and caring. Don't go here if want to speak to a heartless robot.
