I’ve seen Jessica twice for Bowen Therapy, and each time I was impressed at how lovely, nurturing, and intuitive she is as a practitioner. Jessica is knowledge in many areas when it comes to health and wellness, and she’s my one stop shop gal. She truly cares about her clients, their needs, and their healing. I highly recommend Bowen Therapy for anyone who is dealing with trauma as I have. Jessica has helped me through a lot of pain and trauma, and you’re in good hands if you choose her as a practitioner.

White Rock Bowen is the place to go when you have pain, like I had. I tried all the popular therapies such as; Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, and more... You name it, I tried it without getting any lasting relief. The pain always came back! Two months ago, I went to see Jessica McGuire from White Rock Bowen, at 1117 Vidal Street in White Rock! That was the best decision I have ever made to help myself with my constant terrible pain! After my first session, yes the first session, my pain went down by 50%! No other therapy had never helped like that, so quickly. It always stayed the same or even got worse. I went to see Jessica 4 more times (5 in total) and my pain has gone! I highly recommend Jessica for PSYCH-K treatments better known as muscle testing or kinesiology. For me PSYCH-K is much more than muscle testing. Results are noticeable with the very first treatment. One issue or one belief at a time gets resolved with just a simple "Yes" or "No." After having several treatments, I have noticed that my core belief has changed dramatically. My beliefs have irrevocable changed to the point that I am more at peace internally, and feel happier knowing that each my beliefs have changed for good. On a personal experience, I am more relaxed around family issues, I think about it sometimes but I do not get all worked up inside and perhaps create a dramatic mental and emotional chaos within that used to last for days.
