I went to Dr. Jan for help with anxiety and depression that I had been experiencing for about 8 years. Her treatment really works! It was a combination of herbal medicine, nutritional advice, counseling & breathwork meditation. Her breathing exercises and counseling were the most impactful, giving me insight into my own patterns, this led to changes in all aspects of my life. Dr. Jan's treatment is true holistic medicine. I have never felt better, my anxiety and depression has significantly reduced and my ability to handle stress is so much better.
