We started with Princess Dental about a year ago. I’ve had some pretty extensive dental work completed. Dr.McIntosh and his staff are great. From stepping into the office to stepping out I have been treated so courteously. They always go above and beyond to ensure my comfort during each appointment. You don’t feel like “just another client”. I would highly recommend Princess Dental.
It was my first visit to Princess Dental and I was impressed by the experience. There was virtually no wait time involved to have my issue addressed. The assistant who cleaned my teeth was highly professional and personable; and the dentist herself was courteous and thorough in her explanation of my dental needs. The front desk staff were also a pleasure to deal with. All in all, everyone there made my visit as comfortable as possible.
Always the best service! From the dentists to the hygienists to the front office staff. Helpful! So friendly! Accommodating. You really feel like they are always putting your needs first. And always on time, which is very important to my family. I highly recommend Princess Dental.
I had to return for a reassessment after receiving fillings last week. I was very happy with the efficiency of the assistant as well with Dr. McIntosh. I find a little communication / courtesy goes a long way. Besides determining the issue causing my pain Dr. McIntosh ASKED if I had time today to stay for the remedy procedure. Again great job to these two, you've made a difference in my well being and I thank you.
