Dr. Pruthi replaced an old filling for me in October/2020. She did an excellent job and her dental assistant was outstanding.
After quite a break from using dental services (3 years due to trauma and medical issues) I went looking for a dental office in our neighbourhood and checked out Southside Dental Centre. There were a number of conditions that needed to be present at the practice due to certain medical issues; good parking (to compensate for mobility issues), clean professional offices, supportive staff in all positions, competent professional service and patience. Direct billing of our insurance company would be a bonus. I am glad to say this practice met all those conditions. They were attentive to my wife’s particular needs, we never had to wait for a long time, we were never rushed and were always the centre of their professional attention.
Best dental office I have ever been to, the staff are amazing! The root canal I had was perfectly done and painless, and they made me feel very comfortable while doing it. Cannot recommend this place enough.
I'm not happy with the dentist.
One says one thing the other says other thing. Very confusing... example one says I need fillings the other says not needed.
Always welcoming and friendly visits. They are very organized when it comes to booking and reminding you of appointments. Highly recommended.
