The team at Regent Avenue Dental is fantastic! I highly recommend this business for your dental needs. It's the first time that I enjoyed my dental experience instead of just enduring it. Everyone was professional, thorough, and efficient. Moreover, the staff were simultaneously warm, inviting, and friendly. You can smell the cleanliness. It is very apparent this group is going above and beyond to keep everyone safe and supported during COVID-19 and beyond. Staff members made the paperwork a breeze. My appointment even started a few minutes early (at other locations, I have had to wait 10-20 minutes beyond my appointment time). I was recommended this Dentist when I moved to the city as grew up with a Horse Doctor on the farm with a shot of Whiskey and he would pull your tooth out , so I was petrified .Then I went to a Dentist that filled my mouth with tubes couldn’t understand what he was doing so started to retch and he yelled at me . A friend recommended This Dental Group . Gerry recognized my feelings and gave me painless dentistry. From removal of wisdom teeth and needing correction by braces . He is just the Best and all his staff from the front desk to the Hygienist are just so kind and do the best . I have never went anywhere else nor do I wish too. Thank you for many years of caring for me and my pearly whites.

Don't, Just Don't. Dr. Jerry Weiss (sole owner) is no longer the Dentist that he once was. If he makes a mistake and TRUST ME HE DOES, he along with his staff will deny it. He may even laugh at you. I was a patient for more than 45 years. Once I became Disabled in a car accident and had trouble making a scheduled appointment, he would not allow me to make any further appointments Unless I could guarantee that I would be there. Check out where he ranks as a Manitoba Dentist. Not very well. AND SO MUCH MORE! DON'T, JUST DON'T

I am not coming back ever again. Stopped there for emergency appointment once and appreciated them getting me in so quickly but experience was terrible. I almost had to fight with them asking to get something that was causing pain and discomfort done before getting all of the fillings replaced. I had limited insurance and root canal that needed to be done but they insisted on getting all the filling replaced first and then getting to root canal. Point was to get all the insurance used up on fillings and then make sure I come back for root canal (because obviously I would pay for it if it is causing pain and discomfort after my insurance was all done). After root canal was done, assistant just told me "well you no longer have money on your insurance so good bye". Nobody even mentioned any other appointments that were so important before. It has been 3.5 years I just refused going to dentist after this experience until I found another place. To be fair to Doctors, root canal and filling were done excellent, if only they would communicate with patients, explain and be nicer and worry about anything but insurance and keeping clients by keeping open root canal as long as possible while working on something less urgent. They kept temporary filling for weeks booking other appointments even though they told me it is temporary for a week. (It has been 3.5 years, I did not proceed with "urgent all fillings replacement " and no pain or discomfort and had another X-Ray recently, requires treatment but still not urgent and definitely not more urgent than open root canal 3.5 years ago). Though this treatment I felt stressed out, not respected or cared about at all.
