Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Some issues came up post reservation but after I provided some feedback I got a prompt response which addressed my initial concerns.

Front desk staff was great. Just be mindful this is a small community rental agency. It isn’t like Vancouver with hundreds of vehicles in the lot. If you arrive early they may not have the vehicle you reserved until the time you reserved it.

Rented a small car and was charged unnecessary contents insurance. Overall experience was less than satisfactory.

Were not ready for me, no winter tires on vehicles. Friendly staff but my car before this one wasn't even cleaned up. Have to use for business but would not for personal use.
