I had a water leakage issue as a result of an old water pump. I called Mr Palmer as his information was on my water filtration system. This occurred on the weekend and Mr Palmer was very prompt in arriving at my residence and assessing my water issue. Very friendly and helpful. A new water pump and filtering bulb were installed by a very polite fella named Toshi. He called before hand, which I appreciated and finished the work in no time. Definitely would recommend Palmer Heating!

This company is unreliable and untrustworthy. I am new to the Valley and my new house needed lots of plumbing work. I was promised one portion would be completed prior to moving in and was assured not only it would happen but that it wasn’t “a big job at all” (in the owner David’s words). It never happened and they didn’t even bother calling me to inform me. when I later messaged to express my disappointment I was told they had other tasks they devoted their time to. Terrible customer service to not even inform me or attempt to rebook the work. That’s fine, they’re out $2400 of plumbing work and lost a lifelong customer.

Our company was working about an hour out of town close to berwick.One of our electricians was drilling a joist when he hit a water line. Once he found the shut off he called me. I looked up these guys in the area, based only on reviews and hoped for the best. They answered right away and headed over within 30 min. They were friendly, fast and I got my bill today, and was happy to see, affordably priced. I am giving these guys 5 stars as they deserve it!!! Thank you again.
