I have been going here for many years and I was always very pleased with my stay. Unfortunately the staff is making me change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I have been very deceived this year. It is more expensive than before but they offer less services and there are are less things included. The staff is consistently changing, always rude and never helpful. I have sent 3 emails with no answer back. I go in times when it is more quiet and I have asked multiple times to stay an extra night with a discount because the hotel was empty but they never agreed to having a paying customer stay and extra night while their rooms were empty during the week. The location is great and the rooms are nice but the experience is becoming more and more dissatisfying. Mainly due to the staff, sorry. Hopefully this email can help them in some way, train staff to be more helpful, and agree to keep a customer for more than one night at a discount when the hotel is empty. I would like to give 5 stars again.

Booked the hotel for a few days for our honeymoon and after reading some of the reviews was feeling pretty nervous about what the experience would be like. We booked a ground floor suite with our own hot-tub, the room itself was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly, and although we didn't dine at any of the restaurants in the evening, the breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. We had fun booking one of the kayaks and going around the lake. All in all we had a great experience - I can only speak to our experience but take some of these negative reviews with a pinch of salt!

It is very unfortunate that I had such a bad experience here! Thing after thing, first we show up and our room was unavailable because there was reparations being done... ok fine. We wait 25 minutes, got a free bottle of wine, cool. Then we enter the room, to only find out that our patio door is still broken(which is what was supposed to be fixed while we waited). Our room was not cleaned, crumbs all over floor, bath tub had hair and filth in it... no bath robes we had to wait over an hour for those. Our private hot tub was completely dirty and had dirty and hair all inside and on the walls.... I understand that this is a large hotel with a lot of things to do, but please when guest are paying over 300$ a night, we shouldn’t be having these issues!.. Very disappointed ☹️

Our room was so dirty! Pieces of glass all over carpet. Grease smudges on doors, exterior and interior. Bed had no fitted sheet, and head board was gross (will leave those details out). Ordered room service, forks were taken out of employees pocket, no saran wrap and not clean. What a huge disappointment. Overpacked and overpriced. Especially during Covid i would highly recommend another resort. Tremblant or Old Mtl hotels were by far cleaner and better managed. We were told by night manager we would be reimbursed a certain amount and come morning we were told something else by another staff member. We spent our summer visiting Quintessence, William Gray, Le Crystal etc and never once had a single issue. We expected the same service and cleanliness and were very let down. Not worth the money and would not recommend.

Extremely Disappointing! We expected to arrive to a lovely resort and spend 5 days relaxing, having massages, utilizing the spa area. When we arrived, we had no robes in our rooms so we inquired and they said that they were being laundered. 48 hours later after texting them and calling about them, robes never arrived. When we checked out (earlier than we expected because the place was so disappointing), we still had no robes and their answer was "we simply do not have enough robes". Really?? Go to a Spa Resort and they do not have robes available? The saunas and steam room are not available to use. They explain that it is because of Covid but other spas in the region have them available and I pointed that out. She then tried to justify that they did not have enough staff to regularly check temperatures, etc. The area where the hot tubs are is also dirty and even one of the hot tubs was not working. Guess we should not be surprised as that seemed to be consistent with the rest of the place. We also could not get massages for the entire week as they were fully booked and I even tried booking them a week prior to our stay. Simply they do not have enough staff!! I am sure this place might have been lovely back in the day but no longer that. Spend your money elsewhere.
