Doesn’t say anywhere online that they don’t do blood tests today (On a Monday sept 23rd). Woke up early and went there for nothing. They basically told me it’s written everywhere (it’s not). Thanks for wasting my time and lying to my face. I checked online the night prior and no notice of this. Very dissatisfied

This star is for the secretary with whom I just spoke, it is my mother who answered but she does not speak French very well so she woke me up to take note of the address, well in short she was Really unpleasant already that for us it's stressful as a situation what we're living at the moment and let's say it's free to be rude in the morning, plus it unsettles me, who are people like that in hospitals or clinics.

Very good experience for the collection center, the nursing staff are extremely kind, courteous and quick. Just a criticism concerning first of all the too long waiting time when one is on an empty stomach but we can understand that it is linked to the lack of personnel and a small linguistic remark concerning the reception, indeed we do not say " on "when we address a person, we say" you ", the le on is impersonal and refers to a depersonalization, whereas this is important in a place of care.
