Dr.El-Diwany is AMAZING! best doctor i've had! 10 Stars to him. However, the service at this place is terrible. They called me to give me an appointment for my son and I was at work and told the lady to hang on so I could finish with some clients, she said "ok" and hung up after 1 minute, which is very ironic since I had to wait more than 45 minutes on hold the day before until they hung up on me, Three or four times. And each and every time we call they answer "just one second" and never picks up again.

The worst receptionsit TEAM I have ever encountered!!!!!! They are rude in person and put you on hold for minimum 30 mins!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I have seen them countless times talking to each other!!!!! And not about work! And is autonomy not apart of the job description? Meaning get the work done. We are human beings as well. And that too if we are at the clinic or calling we most probably have an issue! Help us! stop adding to our various pains!!! So extremely rude. And please hire FULLY BILINGUAL team! My Dr is amazing but the admin just despicable. If it were not for my Dr. I would leave just because of the admin. We have to unfortunately deal with them way too much.

This clinic is awful. The receptionists are rude. The doctor that I saw was so quick that I hardly had time to ask any questions. Then the clinic calls and leaves me a voicemail to call them back to get my test results- I've been calling for 3 days and can't get through to anyone!!
