HIDDEN FEES: The plumber has done a good job, but they charge hidden fees. Call cost $ 47.50 / 30 minutes services: $ 190.00 / The guy used a small file and charged $ 45 to use it. Total $ 324.81. The part that I am not comfortable is the load of the tool. It's like a garage that repairs your car and charges extra because it uses a ratchet !!!! I will file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau against them! NEVER REN-GA spoke to me about extra fee. A complain against them to the cmmtq was done and also spoke with them they state: if the plomber need to rent tools they can charge for it. in this case the guys didn’t rent the tool and between you and me if a professional doesn’t have the minimum equipment to do the job do you really want that kind of guys!!!! Over 26,000 people saw my video online and most comment : Thanks to sharing this, never I gunna call them!! So for $45

Rather thief on the price of parts, about 3 times the price of a hardware store, it practically doubled the bill. $ 451 to redo the plumbing under a kitchen sink ... I checked with other plumbers who confirmed that it was theft. I counted $ 85 of materials at Rona ... no but he even allowed me to charge $ 31 of glue !!!!!

I had a complex problem. Another plumbing company had already refused to deal with my case. I had contacted another, but they weren't available for weeks. When Ren-Ga's boss joined me, he gave me confidence right away by asking me questions and telling me how they were going to approach the problem with the prices. Phew, it's not given to the pros. No choice. It was Daniel who came with his apprentice. He was very methodical, friendly and in addition, he explained the problem to me, so that if it starts again, it will be quicker to settle (fewer tests). Pros. I obviously recommend them.
