Totally impressed with their level of care for their customers! We left our car for storage with them and really appreciated how helpful they were in explaining us the process and things to consider. Jonathan is a true super star with his clients as you actually feel you are talking to a friend.

I am very impressed by this public storage site. - Very polite, resourceful and super well organized staff - All transactions are automated and traced through emails/SMS - The site and the actual storage space are always clean and well maintained - The staff is very pro-active in making sure it stays that way - I like the fact the whole site is only one floor high so all units are ground level - Prices were very competitive for that area We started our rent right in the middle of the first COVID wave. Eventhough this situation made the whole process more tricky, the people working at Laval StorageMart made it quick and easy. as if all was normal. I always felt (and continue) to feel safe and sound when accessing the site or going to the rental office. This was a true savior for us as we needed storage space right in the middle of the pandemic and only a few places were open to take on new clients. I did use the same site about 20 years ago. I liked it then and I even like it more now as the management seems more pro-active and present.
