Domino's Pizza

--UPDATE-- Someone called from the restaurant on the next day and apologized for everything that happened. He explained that there were having some issues on this new branch that just opened and they are taking actions to correct them. The guy was very professional. They gave us two large free pizzas, which we already ordered one without any issues. --UPDATE-- Horrible service! We ordered the first time and they forgot part of our order. It took almost 1h30min for them to send the rest of the order, and they sent the wrong item. The manager on that day said that we were entitled to a free large pizza and apologized. Ten days after we called and asked for the free pizza, but they couldn't find the free pizza on file, but they believed on us and sent the pizza. But the pizza never came, they sent to the wrong address and we only figured it out after calling for the third time almost 2 hours after. The manager said that now we have to go and pickup the free pizza, which we refused. Very bad service provided by the manager Abnor.

I believe the Domino Pizza lost one royal customer today if the company does not take an action to manage for quality control. My family has been a loyal customer for a long time, so we remember and expect the same quality of the pizza such as size, thickness of dough, amount of sauce, the crust, topping and cheese amount, etc.…. Since a branch opened on Nun’s island, we ordered 3 times and they delivered from this branch whereas we have received from the Verdun one all the time before. First time from Nun’s island branch, we thought the tasty was different than usual. There was something missed. I doubted if the sauce was put between dough and cheese. Yes, it was there, but too thin and small amount, so we did not feel the taste. On Hawaiian pizza, pineapple was small amount. Dough was thinner even almost no crust at the edge of the X-large pizza. We did not complain, because I thought it would be happened sometimes. When we ordered second time, there was no option of X large size, so we had to choose Large. It seemed to be ok. Just today, we could order again two X-large pizza (cheese and BBQ chicken). Delivery was fast, pizza was warm. That was good until here. When we ate the pizza, again, no taste of sauce, thin dough, no crust on the edge. For the BBQ pizza, no BBQ taste at all, too thin layer of tomato sauce, dried and hard texture of chicken pieces. All my family did not want to have second slice. This unqualified pizza ruined my Saturday afternoon and wasted my money. It seems this branch does not have the same ingredients amount recipe from its original. Then, please do not sell as Domini Pizza. We have no choice to choose the branch when we place an order. No way to avoid this branch. Before I put the rest of the pizza to the garbage, my husband called to the branch for refund. The manager refuged it and did not want to listen to the problem. At least, he should have tried to listen to us to fix the problem, not to show aggressive response. This Nun’s island branch has no guarantees for the same quality of Domino pizza as other branches. Please, don’t’ tell me to call you back. We already called you

Not too impressed with this Dominos. While the pizza was ok, it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a large deluxe with extra cheese and extra pepperoni, got a large pepperoni and cheese instead. Not even sure there was extra cheese. I ordered it online and initially thought I may have made a mistake when selecting my pizza, but when I checked my receipt it showed I had selected a deluxe. I didn't have time to go back to complain as I was working from home and was too busy. Also I don't know who was cutting the pizzas but they must not take too much pride in their job. Both pizzas that were ordered had a mixture of very large and narrow slices. On the second pizza, one slice was nearly the size of half the pizza, while another slice was nothing but a 1 or 2 cm sliver. Cutting pizzas into 4 or 8 approximately equal sizes isn't that difficult.
