We called on Plomberie Titan for the complete project of a bathroom in the basement. Concrete breaking, complete piping, toilet, sink and shower. They even solved our water infiltration problem with the installation of a retention tank and a pump. Thanks to Steve and Vincent.

Zero professionalism ... I am self-employed, I know what customer service is. So when I call several places for a clogged toilet problem and Plumbing Titan tells me that they will come by the end of the day (first call at 12:42 and I am told that the problem will be resolved before 8:00 p.m. their closing), I'm not looking for any other place for all THIS (I want to specify that this is all happening on a Friday) ... After 2 other calls to follow up, I am told at 7:55 p.m. that nothing can be done for me by Monday! WOW! For my part, if I can't help someone, I say it right away ... It seems that not everyone thinks like me ...

Appointment quick, simple, efficient, they even cleaned the premises before leaving, to have done business with several companies, I had never seen that! I recommend this company. He does not take you by boat and their price was very honest.

When making appointments they never informed that 2 people were coming to do the work and they left to shop for 2 hours to supposedly find a room they had never seen. Results, instead of costing $ 250 as expected, the bill was $ 770. It was totally unjustified to come to do the work at 2 and even less to load so much time for a lack of experience since they did not know the room. Do not be fooled by these fraudsters.
